Szczecin Główny main train station

📍Szczecin Główny is the main railway station in Szczecin and is the closest to the city center.

🚌5 minutes from it there is a bus station PKS Szczecin on Plac Grodnicki.

➡️Currently lots of repairs are made on the street Kolumba, which is where the main exit is located. Therefore it is better to come a bit earlier.

🚍👌🏼Public transport to and from Szczecin Główny: there is a bus stop just outside the station. Check schedule via Google Maps or app Jakdojade. You can buy tickets inside the bus or via app Mobilet. Tickets in public transport are time-based. Therefore check how long your trip would take and buy accordingly. You can change transport during that time. (in Szczecin there are fast lines that have letters like A, B, C in the name and those lines cost more).

🚕Taxi:
Some taxi services in Szczecin: City Taxi +48 91 433 53 35 or Taxi4U +48 91 4 833 833.
Taxi apps: City Taxi, Bolt, Uber.
If you do not ride far, a taxi would cost around 20 zł per ride, could be less.

📌There are different exits out of the Main station. For now, best to exit near the bus stop on Owocowa street. Follow the signs and check on the map. Most the people usually go that way as well.

🍟🥙☕️🍴Food at the station: there is KFC, Corona coffee, Pasztecik, Asprod with sandwiches and sweets and a couple of regular kiosks.

✍🏼Buying railway ticket: you can buy a ticket online at rozklad.pkp.pl, via ticket machine at the station or the ticket window.

➡️Attention: to get to Peron #4 takes a bit longer, as it is at the other end of the station and you get there by upper tunnel. If it’s your first time in Szczecin, just have an extra 10 minutes to get there without a hurry.

🤍Save the reel for later.
